This We Stand On: The Confessions of Our Faith

Today we wrap up our Creeds, Councils, and Confessions series by looking at how the Church stood firm on the truth of the Gospel through history’s great confessions of faith. From the Augsburg Confession’s bold stand on grace to the Westminster Confession’s deep conviction in God’s sovereignty, we see a Church unafraid to say, “This is where we stand.”

Together, we’ll trace how truth was preserved, and why what we believe still matters today. The same God who guided the early church still calls us to stand firm in faith, love, and unity — grounded in Christ alone.
